Emotional Freedom Technique.

Here is a quick and easy way to reduce and overcome feelings of anxiety.


EFT comes from the treatment of complex issues like PTSD. However, it has been so effective that it is being used in a variety of arenas for a multitude of issues.


It takes about 6 weeks of regular practice to fully appreciate the benefits, but my clients report to me that it is helping them with their food based anxieties!


Many people won't give you a full demo, but i am so passionate about helping people find their own ways of helping themselves, that i run you through the whole process here!
