Anti Bullying Week

kindness is key. Be kind to others and to yourself. Don‘t let that inner critic put you down. Try writing a positivity journal, concentrating on your strengths. If you are feeling guilty for making someone else feel bad, apologise to them if you can. if you can’t, write them a letter expressing recognition of how your actions made them feel. Even if they never get to see it.
